Utilizing a 5 step plan, here’s how the Marcus Allen Creative Team delineates effective execution.


  • What’s the plan, Stan? We think inside AND outside of the box to create a marketing roadmap to create maximum impact on your client base, and beyond. Time to understand the strategy.  Strategy sessions are our way of designing your project from the ground up, and making sure everyone (on your team, and ours) understands the blueprint for your service.

  • Now we know the plan. Time to get to it! Design and Develop are roundtable sessions that are our way of designing your project from the ground up, and making sure everyone (on your team, and ours) understands the blueprint for your service.

  • How are you going to know if it works, unless you test it? We utilize focus groups (both digital and in-person) to allow us to make educated gauges of reactions, first responses, likes and dislikes! Honest- real time feedback will fuel your success!  From here, we rinse, repeat until it’s right.

  • Here’s the fun part! Now that we know who likes it, It's time to make sure your product, service, or brand works everywhere you want it to!

    We use impactful media, engagements, and know-how  to invoke consumer interaction and increase impressions, whether viral or organic!

  • Time for a check in- This is your time to review us at our first checkpoint, and offer any feedback, and for us to show you what we’ve accomplished together!
