Provisions exists for parties and celebrations where food, drink, and flow define the experience. We work with clients to understand how they want the night to feel, then curate and execute the provisions which anchor the evening.

Every engagement begins with collaboration. We work with clients to shape the tone, pacing, and atmosphere and design the food and beverage moments that carry it through the night. Our service can be discreet or fully present, depending on the room. Provisions is centered on caviar, champagne, charcuterie and bar service The scope is determined by the needs of the moment, not a preset formula.

For clients who want a more involved approach, Provisions may also support planning and coordination. This may include guidance on timing, layout, and overall flow to ensure the curated provisions integrate seamlessly into the event.
When appropriate, we draw on a network of specialists- Sommeliers, caviar experts, and sourcing partners to refine and elevate your moments. These resources are deployed thoughtfully, upon request. Planning is offered selectively and tailored to the scope of the engagement.
