Throughout my journey across various creative industries, I've encountered a myriad of challenges—from demanding bosses to skepticism towards creatives in decision making-rooms. Despite the many highs and lows, it often felt like few truly understood our value. Creatives were dismissed or told to pursue "real" jobs, only to face similar challenges in new roles.
Amidst this backdrop, I found myself daydreaming: Where could I create a haven for talented friends, colleagues, and industry icons? I needed a space where expertise could shine, liberated from traditional boundaries and nurtured to excellence by our industry's most innovative minds.
This vision— this autogenous birth was fueled by a community of diverse backgrounds and multidisciplinary skills and is united in our quest to disrupt and elevate the creative landscape.
